Photo Booth Pricing
Our goal is to make your photo booth a memorable highlight for your event! The details for each booth are customizable and you can choose from a number of options to suit your needs.
Photo Booth pricing starts as low as $795 for 3 hours of operation for weddings and events. We do not charge our setup and break down time at your venue. If you book us for three hours, you receive three hours of actual booth operation! (appropriate sales tax will apply.)
All photo booth sessions include:
- Unlimited booth sessions
- Professional & helpful attendant on site (Our booth is operated by a professional photographer.)
- Large selection of photo props including hats, glasses, boas, mustaches, and much, much more…
- Free delivery up to 50 miles from Roxbury, NY (additional miles at .50 per mile)
- Set up and break down of the booth and equipment
- Customized background and text for your prints
- Choice of 4 x 6, double 2 x 6 strips, or 5 x 7 inch prints
- 1-4 images on each print
- Free flash drive with all of your booth images
- Online hosting of all your images for one year with free download access
- General liability insurance (most venues will require that all vendors have this; it’s important!!)
$150 per hour of operation
$75 per hour to wait from the time of set up to the time shooting starts. This can happen if we need to set up the booth in a certain area that will not be available for shooting until later in the evening. We tell you this up front so that you can plan accordingly.
We’ll gladly work with you to accommodate any special requests you may have such as posing options, using your own props, customized backgrounds & prints, etc.
We also offer the following options to enhance our Photo Booth experience. Contact us for more information and pricing for these items:
- Memory book station: Includes album, glue sticks, pens with color inks, stickers for guest notes $75
- Per person printing (1 print for each person per photo session) $50 per event
- Larger 5×7 prints (applies to the entire event) $50 per event
- Event folders in choice of colors (4×6 or 5×7 opening) $25 per hour of operation
